1 Introduction & Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the gt44 platform and all related services. By visiting the gt44 website, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continuing to use the platform after any update means you accept the revised Terms. We therefore recommend reviewing this page regularly.

2 Account Registration & Management

A valid account is required to join gt44 and use its services. The following conditions must be met when creating and managing an account.

2.1 Eligibility

• You must be 21 years of age or older.
• All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
• Each person may create only one account. Holding multiple accounts and operating an account in a family member's name are prohibited.
• You must not be a resident of any area where receiving online gaming services is prohibited by law.

2.2 Account Security

Keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. This information should not be shared with anyone. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify gt44 support immediately. You are solely responsible for all activity on your account.

2.3 Account Verification

gt44 reserves the right to verify your identity, age, or submitted information at any time. Withdrawals may be suspended until the verification process is complete. gt44 reserves the right to close an account if the required documents for verification are not provided.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

3.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

Deposits on gt44 can currently be made through four approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. These are Bangladesh's mobile financial services, each operating through a secure and encrypted channel. Note that Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per method
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Standard withdrawal time: 5–30 minutes

3.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Account verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit. gt44 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals in cases of fraud or suspicious activity.

3.3 Currency & Conversion

Bangladeshi Taka (৳/BDT) is the only accepted currency on the gt44 platform. Account balances, bonuses, and all transactions will be displayed and processed in Taka.

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

gt44 offers various bonuses and promotional offers for its users. Each offer has its own terms and wagering requirements. Please read the specific terms of any bonus carefully before claiming it.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

First-time depositors are eligible for a 120% welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200.

4.2 General Bonus Rules

• Each user may use each offer only once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they become withdrawable only after the wagering conditions are met.
• If there is any suspicion of bonus abuse or manipulation, gt44 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses for personal gain is strictly prohibited.
• gt44 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5 VIP & Loyalty Program

gt44's loyalty program has five tiers. Weekly cashback and other benefits are provided at each tier.

5.1 VIP Tiers

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

5.2 VIP Benefits Conditions

Eligibility for cashback and VIP benefits is reviewed weekly. gt44 reserves the right to adjust any user's VIP tier or modify VIP benefits. Loyalty points and cashback funds are non-transferable.

6 Gaming & Betting Rules

6.1 General Gaming Conditions

All games on the gt44 platform operate under a fair play policy. Random Number Generator (RNG) technology is used to determine every game outcome in a fully impartial and independent manner. If you have any objection to a game result, please contact the support team via live chat or email.

6.2 Betting Restrictions

• Bets may not exceed your account balance.
• Automated betting using software or tools is prohibited.
• Any form of fraud, manipulation, or exploiting system errors is strictly prohibited.
• In the case of a faulty game or win, the platform reserves the right to void or correct the relevant amount.

6.3 Sports Betting

gt44 offers betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, and various other sports. All betting markets are managed in accordance with standard settlement policies. If a match or event is incomplete or suspended, a decision will be made for the relevant bet in accordance with the applicable rules.

7 Prohibited Activities

Any of the activities listed below are strictly prohibited on the gt44 platform. Violating these prohibitions will result in immediate account closure and all balances may be forfeited.

• Creating an account with false or incomplete information.
• Operating an account in the name of or on behalf of a minor.
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Manipulation or abuse of the bonus system.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities of the platform.
• Attempting to gain access to another user's account.
• Using automated scripts, bots, or similar technology.

8 Intellectual Property & Content Rights

All content published on the gt44 website, including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other materials, is the intellectual property of gt44 and is protected by copyright law.

Copying, distributing, publishing, or commercially using any content from the platform without prior permission from gt44 is prohibited. Viewing and using content for personal and non-commercial purposes is permitted.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

gt44 gives the highest priority to protecting users' personal information. The platform uses SSL encryption technology to keep data transmissions secure.

10 Responsible Gaming Policy

11 Account Closure & Termination

11.1 Closure by User

Any user may close their account at any time by contacting the support team. It is recommended to withdraw any available balance before closing the account. If the wagering conditions on a bonus balance have not been met, that balance will be forfeited.

11.2 Termination by gt44

gt44 reserves the right to close any account without prior notice due to a breach of terms, fraud, abuse, or legal obligations. In such cases, any legitimate balance will be returned; however, balances obtained through prohibited activities may be forfeited.

12 Limitation of Liability

The gt44 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. gt44 is not liable for any loss caused by technical issues, internet outages, or third parties.

gt44 is not responsible for financial losses from gaming or betting. Gaming is a risk-based activity and you participate entirely at your own risk.

13 Changes to Terms & Notifications

gt44 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes by email or through the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the revised Terms.
